No Returns
We do not offer returns on any orders once they have been delivered.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration.

Customers must provide clear photos of the product and its packaging for inspection.

Once our team reviews and approves the request, an exchange will be processed.

Exchange Approval
WalkOnClouds reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspecting the provided images and product condition. Products that are worn, damaged, washed, or used will not be eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
